The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 791 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 342, 323, 337, 338, 188, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got a criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.03.2023.

It is alleged that petitioner along with accused persons was fencing the boundary wall of Kabristan and when informant restrained from doing it, they attacked the informant due to which some police officials sustained injury. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38383 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 791 of 2022.
