The petitioners are mother and sister of the deceased who apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur Patory P.S. Case No. 22/2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was registered by the wife of the deceased against her mother-in-law and sister-in-law. Subsequently, the informant has filed an affidavit in court below stating that F.I.R. has been wrongly lodged by her and the petitioners are not involved in the death of their own son and brother.
