This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 540 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 34, 36 Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that the petitioner is alleged to have indulged in illicit trade of possessing and selling liquor and after consuming liquor purchased from the petitioner, two persons died.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
