JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are quarrel arose between own brothers and the injuries are simple in nature and the offence would not arise under Section 307 of the IPC.

Taking into consideration the nature of injuries, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the
