Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submits that similar issue has been decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17188 of 2019 passed on 23.08.2019.

In order to maintain consistency, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners in light of decision passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17188 of 2019 and grant similar benefits to the petitioners within a time frame of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
