2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No.83 of 2023 under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 8 named and 4-5 unknown accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that they were indulged in fight and firing against each other and when informant and police personnel reached there then the petitioner along with other co-accused tried to escape from there and made indiscriminate firing and fled away and subsequently, recovery of 4 empty cartridges have been made.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits

5. Counsel further submits that the other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40936/2023 and vide order dated 29.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69493/2023.

6. Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean.

7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No.83 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
