Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Karanjeet Kumar, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant.
The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and during investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of one of the accused, petitioner has been made accused, whereas, learned counsel for the informant submits that on the basis of confessional statement, entire story has been disclosed by the accused, who
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19602 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 confessed that he alongwith the petitioner had committed the crime.
Be that as it may, keeping in view of nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
