The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.572 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted the informant and his son and wife by means of lathi, Khanti and garasa, when they tried to restrain the accused persons from cutting paddy crop.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case, where, petitioners are lady. It is submitted that no specific allegation as regard to assault has been levelled against these petitioners rather allegation as regard to assault against these petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. It is submitted that admittedly there is land dispute in between the parties.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioners. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and allegation as regard to assault against these petitioners is general and omnibus and the petitioners are lady, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
