Patna High Court CWJC No.13135 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/3 ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-01-2020 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- " For issuance of a direction (s), order (s) or writ (s) including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to take appropriate action (s) in accordance with law, against the responsible persons for the violation of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation in Prdhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Housing for all) by means of selection of actual beneficiary family. Whereby and whereunder the respondent authorities not taken any action (s) for ensuring of selection of actual beneficiary families, however many of the actual beneficiary families were deprived, bereaved from the government welfare schemes (Housing for all) i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna in the Kanhauli village situated at Khajuli Block, Dist-Madhubani which creates embezzlement of public money. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner be permitted to approach the appropriate authorities pointing out his grievance.
Permission is granted.
We are hopeful that as and when any such request is made, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance
