2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted at the head of the informant with iron rod and made him injured.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature. He has submitted further that there is case and counter

5. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC-cum-Additional Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
