2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 224, 225, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution story, the informant had alleged that upon secret information that some people are moving in drunken condition, the informant along with police forces reached at the place of occurrence where 20-25 persons including this petitioner attacked the police personnel and damaged government vehicles as result of which some of the police personnel sustained injuries. It is further alleged that they were able to take away one arrested co-accused Mukesh Bind.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of the
