In paragraph 38 of the case diary 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl has been incorporated wherefrom it appears that these three petitioners were responsible for enticing away the victim girl.

In the circumstance, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 68 of 2012 pending in the court of CJM, Madhubani. Petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the appropriate court and apply for regular bail, which should be
