JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the District Level Selection Committee-cumCollector, Muzaffarpur to select the petitioner in place of respondent no. 6 for the purposes of grant of PDS license. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur and in case such an appeal/representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
