Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court, Rs.18 lakh and odd was credited in the bank account of the petitioner and statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the show-cause, which is quoted herein below:
"7. That, it is pertinent to state here that the claims have been calculated and accordingly payments have been made amounting 18,38,394 in the Bank Account of the petitioner."
Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped.
If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the
Patna High Court MJC No.3129 of 2018(3) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 calculation, liberty shall be available to him to approach the competent authority by filing representation, who may examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
