JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 of POCSO Act. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he committed rape of two years old girl.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that medical report does not support the prosecution story but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission. Regard being had to the above-stated facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is
