====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have given a knife blow on Manoj Singh and Digvijay Singh injuring them.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.2.2022 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.38847 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the order contained in Annexure-5 it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 23.6.2022 under sections 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38997 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2021, has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 22.2.2022 and charge having been framed in the learned trial Court, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with S. Tr. No.113 of 2022 (arising out of Nokha P.S. Case no. 195 of 2019) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas.
