JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 At the very outset, Sri Kumar Priya Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the respondents/ Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as "B.I.A.D.A.") points out that the issue which has been raised in the present writ petition was negated in an another writ petition by this Court, which was already approved by a Division Bench. The submission made by learned counsel for the respondents was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he tried to persuade the Court that petitioner was appointed by the Government, and as such, petitioner's case may not be equated with others' cases. However, on going through the materials

Patna High Court CWJC No.635 of 2009 (7) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 available on record, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner was the employee of B.I.A.D.A. and similar relief which has been sought for in the present writ petition has already been rejected by a Single Bench and approved by a Division Bench.
