The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sakra Case No. 175 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that all the petitioners by preparing a forged document got certain land of the informant executed from his sister, though, the father of the informant had bequeathed him all the property during his life time. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. The petitioners are bonafide purchaser of land and they have been implicated in this case with ulterior motive.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36618 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.175 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
