1. The Writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- ''For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for quashing Memo no.

720 dated 25.08.17 of Sub Divisional Officer, Tekari at Gaya by which he has cancelled the licence of Fair Prince Shop bearing Licence no. 42/16 of the petitioner on misconceived grounds as well as in violation of Principal of natural justice.''

2. A detailed counter affidavit was filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.17218 of 2018(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 the Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 to 4, contending that after cancellation of his license, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, which is still pending.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority within one month from the date of receipt of this order. The appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal after considering the relevant documents on record, which has been pending before him for a long time, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
