2. The petitioner has moved the Court primarily for a direction to the Munsif, Sikrahana for early disposal of Election Petition No. 6 of 2016 filed by him challenging the election of respondent no.4 as the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Sirauna in the district of East Champaran.
3. Learned counsel for the State and State Election Commission do not oppose such direction.
