Counsel for the respondent submits that the admitted dues has already been paid to the petitioner and an authority slip of Rs.13,69,209/- has been issued vide letter no.96 dated 15.02.2022. Counsel for the respondent submits that for the payment of ACP, if not paid, he ought to file representation before District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.3).

In this view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner that in case he found that
