1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for prohibiting the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner qua his property, detailed in Schedule1, as has been set out in the writ petition, till the disposal of Title Suit No.606 of 2020, which is pending adjudication before the Ld. Court of Sub-Judge-I, Gaya, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Ld. Trial Court for implementation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9780 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 the order of status quo, already granted in favour of the petitioner on 08.04.2021, by the Ld. Trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
