JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-09-2019 Learned counsel for the Bar Council of India has placed before the Court a communication dated 30.08.2019 dispatched to the petitioner calling upon him to be present on 14th September, 2019.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner for personal reasons could not attend the said date fixed before the Bar Council of India. He, however, submits that the petitioner will endeavour to appear in future and even otherwise, he fails to appear, the Bar Council may proceed to dispose of his representation.

We accordingly, dispose of this contempt application

Patna High Court MJC No. 3136 of 2018(5) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 with a direction that the matter may be considered on 9th of November, 2019 as agreed before us or on any one adjourned date thereafter, for which the information shall be given to the petitioner. The petitioner shall either be present to contest his claim or in the event he fails to do so, Bar Council of India may proceed to pass final orders communicating the outcome of the representation.
