2. Service of notice to 10th respondent, namely, Reena Kumari, is dispensed since no adverse order is passed in the present petition. State counsel accept notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 9.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for
Patna High Court CWJC No.788 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to cancel the appointment of respondent no. 10 as Aanganwari Sevika in Ward No. 03 of Village- Satamas, under Vihta Gram Panchayat, P.S.- Khizirsarai, DistrictGaya and appoint the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika in the said ward no. 03 being eligible and most suitable candidate. And further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
4. Undisputedly, petitioner's grievance in Case No. 20 of 2019 is pending consideration.
5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide Case No. 20 of 2019 after giving due opportunity of hearing to 10th respondent- Reena Kumari and petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
