The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/5004/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and one Md Umar and Md. Mansoom assaulted the informant, informant's father and his uncle and snatched a mobile set from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14555 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
