The petitioner claims to have passed degree of "Vidyavinodani" an equivalent degree of matriculation from Prayag Mahila Vidypith, Allahabad.

It is submitted that the petitioner's qualification was not recognized when the petitioner's submitted her candidature for the post of Vikash Mitra. It is submitted that refusal to honour the petitioner's qualification is in teeth of the resolution of the General Administration Department dated 01-10-2019

The submission of the petitioner's counsel is untenable. The decision to recognize the qualifications obtained from open schools is of October, 2019 whereas, the petitioner's candidature was rejected much prior thereto in march 2019. The respondent Nos.3 to 6 have filed a counter affidavit. Stand of the respondents in para 13, with respect to the petitioner's specific qualification, is as follows:- "13. That in reply to the statement made in para 11 of the writ petition, it is stated that the degree obtained by the open school is valid but the Prayag Mahila Vidyapith, Allahabad not under open school constituted by the Government."

The said assertion is not denied or disputed by filing any rejoinder.

For the reasons, noted above, no right is made for the petitioner to assert her qualification to be a recognized one in the process of selection.

The writ petition is dismissed.
