JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 309 of 2023 arising out of Marachi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got eight criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 07.12.2022.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant's father with khanti upon his hand, ear and head and also snatched some money from him.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38430 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
