1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking salary for the period December, 2014 till today. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been working as Prakhand teacher at middle school, Belha under the District of Saharsa.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11563 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 District Appellate Authority has been constituted for redressal of grievances of the Panchayt Block Teachers and the petitioner has approached this Court directly instead of filing appeal before the District Appellate Authority.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today and if such an appeal is filed along with condonation of delay petition, the District Appellate Authority shall consider and dispose the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time period.

5. The present writ application is disposed of accordingly.
