Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Section 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and make prayer for grant of regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36783 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 It is, however, made clear that rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail in no way would prejudice the petitioners in surrendering and getting regular bail.
