The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 283, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427, 152 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The officer-in-charge of Dulhin Bazar police station alleged that one person died due to road accident by a truck. It is alleged that the villagers assembled there and tried to set ablaze the vehicle, caught the informant and sprinkled kerosene oil in order to set him ablaze. It is further alleged that 13 persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17171 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 petitioner. The mob peacefully protested the accident. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that name of the petitioner figured in the case by the apprehended persons who were protesting the accident, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shyamal Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
