2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 79, 352, 351(2) of BNS and Section-8/12 of POSCO Act.

3. Allegedly, while the informant was sleeping with her minor daughter, the petitioner entered into her house and tried to outrage the modesty of her minor daughter and when the informant raised alarm, he fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39138 of 2025(4) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 this case. The petitioner himself has lodged a case against the members of prosecution side. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran, Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

7. The petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case till framing of the charges.
