Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-850 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

To explore the possibility of amicable solution of the dispute, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The process of mediation became successful. The report of Mediation Centre is available with the record which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48548 of 2021(4) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 shows that both the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. The happy conjugal life has been restored.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Mishra, learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-850 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
