2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner shot at the informant causing him fire arms injury near eyes and neck.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence ever took place and due to village politics, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he resorted to firing on the informant. Besides this, petitioner has got several criminal antecedent, as such, he

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
