ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/468/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is allegation against the petitioner that he had taken money for installation of mobile tower but he did not set up the same nor did he return the money. It is further submitted that the allegations made are wholly vague and no plausible explanation has been offered for the delay in lodging the present case after five years. It is also submitted that the name of the person who had taken the money from the investors has also not been stated. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the other similarly situated persons have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18218 of 2016 (4) dt.20-06-2016 P2/2 extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. 12092 of 2016 vide order dated 17.03.2016, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 349C/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
