Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.710 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Section 20(a) of the NDPS Act. 11 plants of ganja were found planted in the field of the petitioner and the same was situated near the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2019. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Excise Case No.710 of 2019.
