The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur P.S. Case No. 413 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

135 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from tempo of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has given his tempo to one Md. Shahbaz for plying on a monthly rent of Rs. 8,500/- and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.02.2021. Investigation is complete.
