The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is nowhere involved in any illegal activity of taking public money on the false pretext. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 10.04.2019.
