JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned submits that the case of the petitioner is identical to the other co-accused, who have already been granted the benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, liquor was recovered from the open field and Section 30(a) of the Excise act is not made out, I am inclined to allow the
