ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.9.2013 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 44243 of 2014.

The Petitioner was allowed bail by the order dated 11.9.2013 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 31966 of 2013 with a direction to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Araria, till end of the Trial within fifteen days of his release with a copy of this order and every two weeks thereafter.

It has been submitted that on account of illness, now, the Petitioner is unable to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Araria, and, therefore, the said direction be deleted/ignored.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18503 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 Considering the illness of the Petitioner, the condition to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 5 of 2013, is ignored. The order dated 11.9.2013 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 31966 of 2013 is modified to the extent indicated above., Application stands allowed.
