Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-165 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable u/s 498-A, 323, 504, 379 of IPC and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
