JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 14.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46415 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of firing causing injuries to the father and the uncle of the informant and both succumbed to their injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though there is allegation that he fired and it is alleged that the said firing hit the thigh, however, no injury was found on thigh.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the charge is framed, the
