2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 64(1), 66 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape with the victim who is aged about 26 years old.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the statement of the victim girl made under Section 180 of the BNSS, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in relationship. It has also been submitted that the FIR has been registered after a delay of more than 45 days.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025.
