2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"against the opposite parties especially O.P. 2, 3, 4 and 5 for willful non compliance of the order dated 03.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19524 of 2016."

3. A show cause of the State-opposite parties is on record and learned State counsel has taken this Court to the statement made by the opposite party in paragraph-9 to show

Patna High Court MJC No.3158 of 2018(8) dt.23-04-2026 2/2 that after the University sent the matter to the pay verification cell of the Education Department, Bihar, Patna, a fresh entitlement slip has been issued in his favour vide order dated 23.01.2019 treating the petitioners appointment effective 03.08.1985.

4. This Court is convinced that the order passed by the Writ Court stands complied.

5. If the petitioner has still any grievance can very well agitate the matter in accordance with law.

6. MJC No. 3158 of 2018 stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
