The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Case no. 13c3/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Indian Excise Act.

The hut of the petitioner situated by the side of Gangaes was raided and from there country made liquor and other Java Mahuwa were recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that country made liquor was recovered from the place of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
