The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Taraiyan P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 147, 149, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they indiscriminately assaulted the deceased with lathi, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 CrPC is rejected.
