2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 431 of 2013.
3. At the outset, it is noticed that a counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2, bringing on record the details of various cases in which the petitioner has been accused which have not been mentioned in the bail petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14974 of 2014 (7) dt.24-06-2015 that through sheer inadvertence, the full particulars of all the cases in which he is accused could not be stated in the bail petition, and the two cases enumerated in para-3 of the bail petition resulted from an inadvertent cut and paste error in computer typing.
5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U T
