The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 204 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148,149,188,353,504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of blocking the highway No. 34 along with 50-60 protesters raising protest against death of a girl student in a road accident. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation against the petitioner is of general and omnibus in nature and apart from the petitioner, there were 50 to 60 other persons as well. He further submits that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56264 of 2018.

No.35868 of 2019(2) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 After having considered the fact and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is directed be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM13th, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
