Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2021 Heard Mr. Aakash Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 336 of 2019 dated 12.11.2019, instituted for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act, 1959.

One country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 13.11.2019.

The petitioner earlier was made accused in about five cases of similar nature about which reference

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35886 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition but in all such cases, he has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 336 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
