Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 173 of 2013 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323/34, 392, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Ram.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35112 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 173 of 2013.
