1. The present writ petition has been filed, challenging the notice dated 01.04.2024, issued by the Circle Officer, Goradih, District-Bhagalpur to the petitioners.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed their objections on 19.03.2024, which is annexed as Annexure-P/6 to the present writ petition, hence the Circle Officer, Goradih, DistrictBhagalpur be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, and till then no coercive action be
